Signing In

How you sign in to EOMIS through the PGAS sign-in page, stay signed in, and sign out.

EOMIS does not have a login form of its own. It uses PGAS single sign-on, the shared sign-in service of the Provincial Government of Agusan del Sur at auth.pgas.ph. Your username, password, and any two-factor methods belong to that PGAS account, not to EOMIS.

Signing in

Open EOMIS at eomis.pgas.ph.

If you are not signed in yet, EOMIS sends you straight to the PGAS sign-in page at auth.pgas.ph. It shows the PGAS seal and the heading Welcome to PGAS.

Enter your email address or username and click Log in, then enter your password.

If you have set up a second factor (an authenticator app, a passkey, or recovery codes), you are asked for it next. See Account Security.

You are returned to EOMIS and land on the home page.

Bookmark eomis.pgas.ph itself, not the PGAS sign-in page. EOMIS starts a fresh sign-in for you whenever one is needed.

Signing in with a passkey

If you have registered a passkey (see Account Security), you can sign in without typing a password:

  • From the username field: on browsers that support it, clicking into the username field offers your saved passkey in the browser's autofill list. Choose it and confirm with your fingerprint, face, device PIN, or security key.
  • From the link at the bottom of the sign-in page: if your browser does not offer the passkey in autofill, use the passkey sign-in link at the bottom of the page. It opens a Sign in with a passkey page.

A passkey sign-in does not ask for a password or a second factor. The passkey already proves both who you are and that you have your device.

Already signed in to another PGAS system

The PGAS sign-in is shared with other provincial systems. If you signed in to one of them recently in the same browser, opening EOMIS usually signs you in straight away without showing the sign-in page.

First-time sign-in

You do not create your own EOMIS account. An administrator adds you, and you then receive an email titled Set up your EOMIS account. Open the link in that email to choose your password; see Passwords. After that, sign in as described above.

If sign-in does not work

What you seeWhat it means
The PGAS sign-in page rejects your passwordThe password is wrong. Use the forgot-password link on the sign-in page; see Passwords.
The PGAS sign-in page refuses access after you sign inYour PGAS account exists but has not been given access to EOMIS. Contact an EOMIS administrator.
No EOMIS profile linkedYou signed in, but your PGAS account is not connected to an EOMIS profile. The screen shows which email you signed in with. Click Sign out and contact an administrator to request access.
Sign-in failedEOMIS could not finish the sign-in after you returned from the PGAS page. Open eomis.pgas.ph again to retry.
Can't reach the sign-in serviceEOMIS could not send you to the PGAS sign-in page, for example because it is down. Click retry, or contact an administrator if it keeps happening.

Staying signed in

While you work, EOMIS keeps your session fresh in the background. If it cannot (for example after a long time away, or after an administrator reset your password), you are sent back to the PGAS sign-in page. If your PGAS session is still valid, this happens almost instantly and you simply continue.

Signing out

Click your name and avatar at the bottom of the sidebar (or the avatar in the collapsed sidebar).

Choose Log out.
Confirm with Log out in the "Are you sure you want to log out?" dialog.

You land on a page titled You have been signed out.

Logging out signs you out of EOMIS only. You stay signed in to PGAS single sign-on, so clicking Log in again (or opening EOMIS later in the same browser) signs you back in without asking for your password. On a shared or public computer, also sign out of PGAS single sign-on at auth.pgas.ph so the next person cannot get into your account.
