EOMIS (Engineering Operations Management Information System) is the Provincial Engineer's Office platform for managing engineering operations: projects, work items, materials, and contractor billing.
This manual covers signing in and managing your account, and the parts of EOMIS you use every day to communicate with your colleagues.
Your Account
Signing in, two-factor authentication, passkeys, and your profile.
Messenger
Real-time chat with channels, direct messages, and threads.
Communications
A formal inbox for threads that need action items, approvals, or a record.
Administration
Workspace and user management for administrators.
Messenger or Communications?
Both live in the same collaboration area and share one sidebar, but they serve different purposes.

Times and dates
All times in EOMIS are shown in Philippine time (Manila). Recent messages show a clock time such as "3:24 PM", yesterday's messages show "Yesterday", and older ones show a date such as "Mar 4".
